In this episode we talk about one of the main pillars of mindfulness which is "judgement".
Judgement is when you attach a meaning to an experience and our brains are wired to judge moments, thoughts, and emotions constantly throughout the day.
By practicing mindfulness, we can develop a non-judgmental open-awareness that will help us live a more balanced life internally, and reduce stress.
When I talk about a balanced life, I don't mean being more productive (although that's a by product naturally of mindfulness), rather I'm talking about being able to balance, manage and regulate our emotions in a positive way.
