We're so used to being given a choice when it comes to how we're served and what product we buy, that it becomes second nature to expect it.
Therefore, if you're offering your clients only ONE product, whether that be coaching, hands-on treatment or something else, you are doing them a disservice and may even be putting them off from working with you.
One way to navigate this successfully is through the use of Value Ladders. Value Ladders allow you to map out the client journey from first hearing about you to becoming hopefully a long-term client.
