Gut health is so important, and I will be posting a 3 part series sharing gut health stories from two inspiring athletes, Sonia P, and Ali Feller. Today, I have a wonderful guest, Sonia. Sonia is a Division 1 runner who has an inspiring story of how she dealt with gut health issues due to underfueling, overcame underfueling, and healed her gut. We talk in-depth about how intentional or unintentional underfueling or "clean eating" can impact one's gut microbiome and lead to GI distress that impacts many areas of one's life.
