Using a metaphorical story she illustrates how overstimulation, poor nutrition, inconsistent sleep, stressful environments, and dissonant relationships slowly erode vibrational health.

We often overlook these seemingly "insignificant" stressors—like loud environments, constant distraction, or low-quality social interaction—but they create small vibrational leaks that add up, leading to diminished health.

According to Jennifer, when we give more than we have each day without replenishment our vibrational baseline drops, and over time our capacity to self-heal wanes. Cravings, fatigue, migraines, menstrual disruptions, and weakened immunity may all be signs that our vibration is slipping.
