DescriptionHave you ever dreamed of retiring to  a place with beautiful vineyards, villages, sandy beaches, food, culture....oh, and did I mention fine wines and baguettes??  Well we sure have!   With our only son living in Europe, my wife and I found ourselves retired and living in an empty nest. Eager to escape the cold winters of Canada....we made a decision, it was time for a new adventure!  Join us in our quest to make our dream come true.  From the moment of our decision to move, to our final destination in France....we hope! Follow our progress every step of the way. Filled with all our ups and downs, successes and failures, we'll tell you all about our journey...including some handy tips that may help you if ever have a desire to do the same.
