Building a team for your land flipping/real estate business is one of the most important tasks you’ll ever do as a business owner.
In this episode, Heather and I share the step-by-step guide on how we built our successful team and the lessons we have picked along the way. We share our own experiences and strategies for expanding our team, from hiring virtual assistants to acquisition managers and due diligence specialists.
We started our business with me handling most of the tasks myself. As the business grew, we realized we needed help. We began by hiring a virtual assistant to handle administrative tasks such as spreadsheet management and email organization. This freed up my time to focus on higher-level tasks.
The next addition to our team was a lead manager. This role involved managing leads as they came in, organizing them in our system, and doing basic research on the properties. The lead manager helped us focus on other tasks, such as negotiating deals and managing the business.
Tune in to learn the exact steps to build a strong team that helps you grow your real estate investing business efficiently and effectively.
