Family CRMs have become a popular way to manage day-to-day tasks, keep track of family contacts, and organize family events and activities. We recently decided to give a private family CRM a try, and chose Obsidian as our CRM of choice. Here, we’ll explain why we chose Obsidian, how we use it, what we like and don’t like about it, and whether we would recommend using a family CRM.
