Helena started off in sales 8 years ago, in a telemarketing company where she moved up the ranks then moved onto a digital marketing company to do account management. 

She was promoted to a Team Lead after 12 months and grew the team from 3 to 15 in 18 months. She then took a step down after realising the toxic culture was getting her nowhere and got into to tech sales at WP Engine where she now runs the APAC Sales Team. 

And in today's episode we discuss the #1 reason why employees leave the company, importance of empathy from the leader, and how being comfortable with one’s self and with others, promotes a harmonious work.
