She specialises in yoga therapy for managing stress, alleviating chronic pain, and improving your quality of life. Offering private sessions, group classes, and events, she’s here to provide a holistic approach to healing your mind and body.

She’s a 500hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. Currently working on becoming IAYT certified.

In addition to her private yoga therapy practice, she works for the CAL Fire Training Center in Riverside, CA teaching about yoga and wellness for firefighters. She also hosts wellness and stress relief presentations at fire departments and corporate organizations around the country and online.
