Autumn is the in-between.

The gentle transition from summer to winter. A landing space. The harvesting phase.

Autumn meets us in the tender moment between action and stillness. Let’s breath here. Let’s be here. Let’s allow ourselves to be in the transition.

When we no longer fight nature, and instead fit ourselves into it, we find it is custom made to support us.

Creating a ceremony or rituals for the Autumn Equinox, and Autumn in general, allows us to really be with and in the becoming. Reap all the benefits; eat the fruit we’ve grown, digest the nutrients, integrate the lessons.
