Zoë is a 450 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Sound Healing Meditation Guide. She has been teaching for 5 years with private clients, at various NYC boutique yoga studios such as Corepower, Y7, Yoga Spark, Public Hotel, ALO yoga, and abroad. She Co-lead a 200hr teacher training in Colombia, South America, as well as lived and taught in Morocco in 2023. Zoë received her first 200 hour certification in 2018 from Kripalu School of Yoga and has been adding additional hours on & learning ever since. Zoë teaches a range of yoga classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Pranayama Breath work, and Hot Yoga. She believes in the mind-body- soul connection, that movement is medicine, and that when you connect breath to movement, yoga is a beautiful form of a moving meditation that can heal.

She co-authored Seasons of Sound in hopes of fostering a sense of well-being and harmony through the transformative power of sound throughout the seasons of our lives.
