Today’s guest, Dale Yaeger, is the CEO of SERAPH, which primarily conducts Due Diligence for clients seeking to protect their business assets. He was a former federal agent who was involved in criminal profiling.

For those unfamiliar with the term, “due diligence” is a systematic investigative process conducted by a prospective buyer to verify the financial, legal, and operational integrity of a target company. It serves as a risk-mitigation strategy to validate the seller’s representations, identify potential liabilities, and determine the fair market value of the acquisition.

What are they?

What is their intention?

Where are they?
