Megan Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health as well as a Master of Business. After her own weight loss journey, she was brave enough to start her own nutrition coaching business and has been working with clients since 2017.
Since starting her business, Megan has expanded into a variety of ways to help her clients improve their overall nutrition and lose weight if that is their goal. She is a lifelong learner and cheerleader for other women in business. When she’s not working, you can find Megan spending time in nature or traveling the world with her husband, toddler and golden retriever.
