Megan Spencer (SL/M Nutrition Coaching) joins Lerit and Tobi to share mindful eating tips that can help professionals and entrepreneurs be the best version of themselves at work. Megan Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health as well as a Master of Business. After her own weight loss journey, she was brave enough to start her own nutrition coaching business and has been working with clients since 2017.

Since starting her business, Megan has expanded into a variety of ways to help her clients improve their overall nutrition and lose weight if that is their goal. She is a lifelong learner and cheerleader for other women in business. Joshua Alawode is an immigrant, specifically a Nigerian Canadian. This is part of his identity and lived experience. It’s also what drives a decent amount of what he does.

He currently works as a software engineer but did not start his professional career as a software engineer. He transitioned into software engineering about 7/8 years ago. Before this, he was a mechanical engineer. Ultimately, he’s on a journey of infinite learning.
