We serve a God of miracles. Nothing is too hard for Him. To believe in Him is to believe on miracles! To walk with Him daily is to walk in the miraculous continually!
When things get hard, it's not a time to back side, it's time to trust the Lord! Great testimonies only come on the other side of great difficulties. God is able to do impossibilities but you must keep believing through the valleys.
When the Lord moves in to deal with sin, it is a fear thing. Yet does He always warn and give opportunity for realignment with Him. Nevertheless, when He must act it is time to trust Him and get ready to be used in the midst of hardships to all the more prove the greatness of His mercies.

This Name of God was given to David who himself had been a shepherd and would have understood it's implications from a shepherds view point. So taking the same point of view we are reminded of all that God promises to be to His trusting and vulnerable sheep.

One of the most important decisions of our lives is one of the least prayed about and the least taught about in the church. The bible does give us good and clear guidance on this topic. We would do well to seek it, to teach it, and to heed it.
