With only three weeks until the 2021 NBA trade deadline, Derek and Chad attempt to start fixing the Minnesota Timberwolves by coming up with a series of fake trades. Deals range from simple 2-player swaps all the way to a 4-team, 17-player blockbuster. Nobody is safe!

Derek and Chad walk through the second half of the 1989-90 Timberwolves season and realize that there is more than one parallel from then and now. Fourth quarter collapses, close losses, strong play at home, abysmal play on the road, and some bonkers individual stat lines. Derek and Chad debate who should be the eight players from the Wolves roster protected if the league ever has another expansion draft. Some choices are clear, but some big names end up getting left off of their lists, and Chad ALMOST makes a decision that causes the end of a friendship and Howl History as we know it.
