As leaders, we often feel like we are juggling more than we can handle. Skylar shows us that we can find balance without being overwhelmed by focusing on four key areas of our lives. He reminds us of the importance of high standards and self-development, while teaching us that it isn’t out of our grasp.
Skylar Lewis is 34 years old, was born in Los Angeles and grew up in a small town, Hemet California. His passion, which he has developed through multiple business ventures and major struggles, is personal development. He strives to make a positive impact with his team members and the people he encounters daily.
Skylar lives the “Have It All” lifestyle. He is happily married with 2 boys, 4 and 7. He focuses his time on being balanced in his faith, fitness, family and business. He has built multiple million dollar businesses within the last 12 years. He is currently running a $9,000,000 organization with a culture he is proud of. All this would not have happened without God and also life’s “negative” turns. Skylar struggled in business for multiple years until getting it right. At the age 23, he filed bankruptcy and lost everything, including close relationships. This led to alcohol abuse and excessive partying.
At his lowest point, he met the love of his life, Jessica. In his desire to be the best man he could for her, he started his next business by borrowing $1,000… from Jessica. He turned that $1,000 into a multi million dollar sales organization selling debt relief products. After significant success in this business, Skylar decided to dive head first into personal development. He realized that changing and improving his mindsets/ways of thinking was going to be the key to abundant success in all areas of life.
Skylar later sold his debt relief company to his manager and started Superior Restoration. He has been running Superior Restoration for the last 10 years. It started as a carpet cleaning and within 2 years he transitioned into water and fire restoration and closed the cleaning division. Skylar has recently started a movement called Rise Up Kings where he runs intense events for married businessman helping them live the “have it all” lifestyle.
