Στο επεισόδιο αυτό του HPO Sports Unplugged φιλοξενούμενος μας είναι ο Peter Khalife . Ο Peter γεννημένος στην Σουηδία με καταγωγή από τον Λίβανο είναι ο ιδρυτής και ιδιοκτήτης της εταιρείας Superior Squad Sports Management και της Superior Squad Football Academy ενός πρωτοποριακού πρότζεκτ που διαχειρίζεται νεαρούς ποδοσφαιριστές μέσω της διαδικασίας “pathway” τόσο από την Κύπρο αλλά και μια σειρά άλλων χωρών από το εξωτερικό. Η εταιρεία έχει παρουσία σε 14 χώρες όπως την Αμερική, Καναδά, Αυστραλία, Ισπανία και έχει την βάση της την Κύπρο.
Με τον Peter είχαμε μια ενδιαφέρουσα συνομιλία για την ιδέα δημιουργίας της Ακαδημίας , την μέχρι σήμερα πορεία , τις εμπειρίες στο άθλημα του ποδοσφαίρου και την μεθοδολογία διαχείρισης νεαρών ταλαντούχων ποδοσφαιριστών καθώς και τους μελλοντικούς στόχους.

In this episode of HPO Sports Unplugged our guest is Peter Khalife , founder and owner of Superior Squad Sports Management ( SSSM ) which is a professional football agency that represents more than 30 professional and contracted players at the highest level of football in the world.
SSSM goes beyond the mere representation of players at Europes best clubs but serves also as a platform, for young talents, ages 12 to 21, through which they can be scouted and guided towards becoming professional players.
In addition to the players career management and scouting services, SSSM is organising several Talent Identification Camps in countries like the USA, Australia, Canada and the MENA Region, in collaboration with top clubs in Europe (including Spain, Italy, Belgium, Greece and Cyprus), Australia and USA. International tournaments are also organized on a yearly basis to grant the young talents the necessary international exposure. SSSM also represents international managers, and together have organized several coaching seminars for least developed countries.
We have discussed with Peter about how he came about starting this project, its progress and his experience with managing young talented footballers as well as the company’s future plans.
