I get to speak to Tracey who has been on every single major news outlet and major radio shows such as LBC and BBC Live 5 about her workplace experience of discrimination and sexual harassment. Tracey has won the case with a compensation of £183,000 from her employer. The news outlets have all covered the events. I am here to uncover the series of events that led to this and what I’m going to tell you what you can do to prevent this from happening if you are an employer.
