How comfortable are teammates with approaching you information or offering their opinions?  Are you accessible or distant?  Are you aware of how people see you in this regard or do you overestimate your approachability?  One thing is for certain approachability is one of the most important traits you can have as an HR Professional.  In this episode we look at why it is so important, how you can assess your approachability and how you can improve to add this as a strength to your HR RockStar skills!
