In the first episode of 2023 the boys used ChatGPT to create a rap song about sexual harassment prevention training (Ricky tried to rap it over a beat at the beginning of the show, we are truly sorry for that!). Ricky and JC discuss the use of ChatGPT in the workplace (should people worry about their jobs?), weird interview questions and customer service.

All we’ve been hearing these past few weeks are “Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.” There’s more coming. While some employees are getting bad news as 2022 ends, other employees are wondering what’s next for their career trajectory. Ricky touches on what you can do to stand out!
