We called it last week! More businesses are taking a hard stance when it comes to vaccine mandates as a condition of employment. Ricky and JC discuss HR’s responsibilities when it comes to ADA / Religious accommodations and whether the mandate extends to fully remote workers.

Ricky and JC discuss the serious sexual harassment allegations against Activision and ask the question(s): Where was HR? Did HR do their job and leadership didn’t take it seriously? Or was it HR that didn’t take it seriously? Plus: The NFL gets specific on their vaccines requirements. Are other businesses going to follow suit?
