Since January of this year, I have been putting together the idea of a large overview and guide to help graduates with all of the information I wish someone had shown me. 

With the COVID pandemic taking away their moment, I decided to focus and put this together - I also encourage my peers and colleagues to reach out to college seniors and offer to help mentor and coach to give this new generation some valuable skills and experience for when the business world starts to recruit again

However, I adapted a new technique that has served me very well for the last decade. Treating employees like people, and with empathy can lead to some much better results.

In life we all have these interesting opportunities if we recognize them. A chance meeting, or conversation, or when you don't get that promotion you want, could all lead into the next BIG THING. All you have to do is recognize it and jump in!
