We shared our perspectives especially by per industry, women's rights, pros & cons, women's perspective in underprivileged, and Indonesia's status quo compared to its ASEAN country friends. Enjoy!

Pernah nggak sih questioning "gue on-track nggak ya sama vision karir gue ke depan nanti?". Kurang lebih podcast episode ini akan membahas pengalaman HilmiRereDyah dalam menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan seputar kebingungan karir. Termasuk cara-cara menghadapi lika-liku perjalanan di karir. Intinya sih, kita diajak muter-muter, karena ya kadang-kadang dengan muter-muter itu, benang yang jadinya kusut jadi nggak kusut lagi.

Di episode ke-dua, HRD membahas tentang pengalaman transisi setelah perkuliahan dan masuk ke tempat kerja. Termasuk di dalamnya, perasaan-perasaan tidak menyenangkan seperti: kesendirian, kegelisahan, dan kebingungan. Walau badai menghadang dan banjir menerjang (apa sih), akhirnya kami menemukan jawaban yang adalah judul episode ke-dua HRD podcast (agak self-explanatory ya, sorry).
