She shares some useful tips on how students can find the right balance with Perfectionism and how they can use the shared tips when working on their assignments during the Christmas break.

Shipa also gives an update on the services and resources the SSAS team has on offer to students in the School of Health and Social Work. Including the SSAS team services over the Christmas break.
