This week Dennis discusses things you
couldn't pay me to do. Sparked by a conversation between Dennis and Diana
driving down the road and seeing a female driver apparently cussing a police
officer Diane initially quipped... You couldn't pay me to do that. But isn't
that true with so many first responder jobs. Who wants to go rushing into a
burning building,? Or a active shooter situation but these first responders do
this every day. Dennis shares his coping techniques in this episode for being
awakened by sirens in the middle of the night.. His solution pray for the
people the first responders are going to see and for the first responders. When
you hear sirens running at night it is because someone's life is in danger.
That is the criteria that they use for emergency status. Whoever the first
responders are going to see in the middle of the night with the sirens blaring
is having a very bad day.
