We all know how to set New Years Resolutions, and we all know what goals are, right? Maybe a lot of you even know what SMART goals are. But did you know that there are Outcome goals and Process goals? A lot of us are great at aiming at the outcome goal, but very few of us focus on the process goals, and the process is literally the only thing that gets us to the outcome isn't it?
