We are more than likely going to live a long life, depending upon strong we are - and barring accident. When It comes to muscle, there are too many benefits to be able to list, but one of them is having more strength. More strength means you can catch yourself from a potential fall, and avoid other injury which might otherwise occur in our older years, when having strength and muscle is imperative to our lives. The reason It's important to build more muscle today is because, as we age, the ability to add more muscle and strength becomes very hard along with maintaining overall bone density. This is why More muscle = More Life.
