All members of the Rapp Road Historical Association that celebrate and commemorates the black settlers who fled from the deep south in the in 1930-40 fleeing the Jim Crow- Sharecropping system. Sharecropping was an exploitive tenant farming system used by white landowners to enslave Black in the south from reconstruction up to the 20th century.
