Carol Roberts, head of Young People's Services at Troy Public Library, overviews their many summer activities, regular services and even resources for home-schoolers. She also provides tips for reading aloud to kids. Upcoming events include a Summer Reading Challenge where kids (and adults!) can earn prizes for tracking the books they've read. Other events include -- for real! -- fruit & veggie scultures, the science of toys, Pirates School, and more.
