    For people who menstruate and are challenged by the cost of related products, there's a new program that offers free materials in "Period Pantries" in Schenectady and Albany. The "Capital Region Menstrual Health" program was started by three New York Sate Public Health Fellows working through Cornell Cooperative Extension.
