    Cultivating open space and wooded areas in South Troy, Joseph Durkin of the Rensselaer Land Trust and James Roth with the Rensselaer Youth Outdoors talk to Hudson Mohawk Magazine producer Andrea Cunliffe about creating this open space. They talk of the value of natural lands publicly available as per City of Troy mandates, the dedicated work of the Osgood Neighborhood, and how empty land was turned into a neighborhood asset. All preparation for the future of Osgood Woods Nature Preserve, Ecological Restoration Volunteers are planting trees, clipping vines, and picking up trash.
