Twenty-fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time. Father Dave remembers a time as a preschooler when he was to afraid to let go of a pole he was hugging and play with the other kids. He likens his experience to the way might we approach forgiveness. Despite the struggle, we eventually must let go of our hard feelings and forgive.
