Apologies for the crappy audio quality in recent days. With a new voice recorder I had to figure out the settings and as we progress in todays episode you will hear that the quality jumps from not so great to great!

Today I am back at my fav spinning club in Abu Dhabi: The Room and trying out a new class concept called: Open Mic - A class where new aspiring instructors are able to try out and teach a spinning class.

So the question automatically arises: Could I do a better job than todays instructor?

The company I am with announced a big reshuffle reconfirming that leaving is the right choice! I also am using a groupon voucher for a one hour massage that doenst exactly go as expected!

And finally I am making first steps with regards to exiting out of the UAE by visiting the Etisalat store and understanding how and when I need to cancel my subscription

The unthinkable happened! I lost my voice recorder inside a random Dubai taxi!

I lost 5 days of episodes.. but I guess it was bound to happen at some point so its better it happened now than later!

Today is Rita's last day in Abu Dhabi and as a goodbye dinner at Cafe 302 its time to say goodbye as she flies back to The Netherlands

I finished watching the Kara & Nate 100th country documentary and it just leaves me with motivationa and inspiration for what is the come! It is all about daring to take a risk and not quitting! If you have the time I would recommend that you go and watch the documentary because if Kara and Nate can do it! So can we!

Its that time of the month again: time to get a haircut! I am trying my luck and get a haircut in Dubai but that isnt a success on the first try! On the plus side I did get to explore more of the Jumeirah Lakes Tower area, which is quickly now becoming a favorite area in Dubai

We are spending the weekend in Dubai at the Taj JLT hotel. Dont ask me how but I manage to flush my necklace down the shower drain.... but lets keep it all positive so we did have an amazing day visiting not 1 but 2 art and culture festivals in Dubai! (Its so awesome that there is always stuff to do in Dubai! It is truly never boring in Dubai!)

All day everything is good and fine. I get home and all of a sudden I feel this crazy migrain coming. I try to take a nap but that isnt really helping so I guess we have no choice but to go back outside and get some fresh air in hopes that I start feeling better really soon. (Because I dont want to visit yet another doctor and or hospital in Abu Dhabi)
