Hugo Floss podcast

Happy New Year!

A quick chat about this new virus strain making the headlines, but we're all tired (but hopefully not sick) of this topic by now and it's a long year ahead, on to better topics!

Dan had gone to Thailand for the 1999-2000 switch, a Happy New Year back then except for a little travel snafu at BKK.

Nancy went to Italy and departed via wheelchair.

Listen in to hear more, and coming up in a week or two is our first guest!

Thanks for listening!

The final show of 2020, but the fourth show of our new podcast!

We're big fans of Sebastian Maniscalco, excellent stand-up comedian, and this bit in particular about company coming over

We're going to add a third mic to the mix and we're still determining how we can convince a guest or two to join in now and then with some interesting ideas, projects, or topics to prattle on about. That's what a new year is for!

Don't forget to visit Nancy's websites, and she has an entirely separate podcast about kitchen design chats!

And if you're looking for live websites for Dan, remember he's a programmer so design aesthetic takes three times longer than it should. But if and when the time comes, his podcast is at

FFStalk.danhugo.com

So much website to work on, so little time, but these are the days of our lives.

We hope you had a safe and healthy holiday season for 2020 and whatever you did to bring in the New Year for 2021, let's hope it worked!

More creative show titles guaranteed once we get into double digits.

A quick trip around the vaccine question and other end-of-year interestingness.

If you would like a quick rundown from Dr Daniel Griffin about the state of vaccines at this early stage, check out this YouTube video.

We're looking forward to guests and live streaming for 2021!

Dan has another podcast called FFS (or FFStalk if you're looking around on social media), look for some shows to publish during the same week this one has... so many projects.

As always, look for correct information when it comes to keeping yourself, your family, and the people around you safe and healthy, we always start with the Subject Matter Experts at Microbe.tv and avoid getting ourselves and others sick. We're inching closer to getting a handle on this pandemic, let's all be a part of the solution!

Creative show naming is forthcoming. Until then, relax and enjoy as we hone the show and discuss...

Nancy's day-to-day, including a website project and professional networking community she has overseen for over a decade.

DesignersCircleHQ.com

We are all enjoying more time at home than we ever really planned for, but with a light at the end of the tunnel, we discuss a little bit about the human malware known as Covid-19 and Dan's favorite podcast produced by subject matter experts, This Week in Virology

Find that show and several other excellent programs at

Microbe.tv

Our goal is to include guests and discussion, and live streams! A discord server, maybe a youtube channel, the possibilities are endless, especially once we have our website published for you to enjoy.

Thanks for listening!

Call it a pilot episode, pre-recorded, checking the levels.

Future episodes may include a guest or guests, may record live with listener participation, and will certainly have topics varying widely.

For now, give us a listen, tell us what you think.

Our website might even be up by the time you're ready to let us know.
