I had the great honour to interview the great Avidon M. Respes.

I first met Avidon at a conference in Montreal called Grow Rich.

He drove all the way from New Jersey to Montreal without being paid to deliver his message about building.

At that moment he struck me with only one phrase and that was "Confidence can be built".

Since then I haven't looked back.

From growing differently than his peer as a kid and having to choose between becoming a professional soccer player or going to Israel.

Avidon has made tough decisions that had defined him as the man he is now.

Ever wondering how does the great Terry Fox run from Newfouland to all the way to Ontario with only one leg?

Terry Fox has been a Canadian icon since his Marathon of Hope in 1980. He may not have achieved his goal to get from coast to coast, but he certainly left a legacy for all the Canadians that came after him.

Many have reproduced his exploit and evermore.

Antoine Airoldi and I had the great pleasure to interview Marc-André Blouin a young man that did this great achievement with 5 others colleagues from The Montreal Runners.

From Montreal to Vancouver for a total of 4,632 kilometers.

They run all the way there with a mission to create a message of youth empowerment, and demonstrate the legacy of a Canadian hero: Terry Fox.
