In this first episode of Human Beings, being human, I invite you into the raw, unfiltered beginning of my journey—a time when I didn’t know who I was, what I believed in, or how to relate to the people around me.

It’s 2016. I’ve just gone through a divorce, left behind a version of myself shaped by partnership and performance, and found myself standing on the edge of a vast unknown. This episode is a vulnerable look at what it means to begin again—not from clarity, but from collapse.

I speak about the early days of my healing path: discovering yoga and community, seeking help through relationship coaching, and realizing just how much of my identity was a mask. I share how I started listening to my body for the first time, and how spaces like acroyoga and tantra began to show me who I really was beneath the roles I’d been taught to play.

This isn’t a polished origin story. It’s a breath. A tremble. A voice cracking open. It’s an offering to anyone who has ever found themselves at a beginning they didn’t choose, and had the courage to stay there long enough to see what might be born.

May this episode remind you: you don’t have to know everything to begin. You just have to show up.
