Rebecca Sparks is a Director and Instructor at Nashville Yoga Company. She has been a yoga instructor and guide for 8 years, and helps people of all experience levels realize the benefits of stretching, fitness and concentration from the practice of yoga.

She first got introduced to yoga as a treatment for anxiety. She found the experience helpful and dove into the practice as a way to release the anxiety and naturally connect with her body and her feelings.

Jeanine "Nini" Martin is 1st Generation German albeit born in Boston, MA, raised in San Francisco, CA and living in Nashville, TN.
