Human Design for Songwriters and Music Lovers - Music By Design

In this episode, I share more about what collective circuitry is, where you can find it in your own chart and the role that it may play in your chart (and Ian Doherty's). Ian only has collective circuitry channels fully defined in his chart and those themes really come through in his music.

See Ian Doherty's band Mosaic Mind live and in person at the Pink Rock Culture Coop on 3/26/25.

Reminder: When you join the Patreon for the podcast not only are you supporting all the time and effort that goes into producing these each week but you will also gain access to free resources, charts of the folx I interview AND you will be automatically entered into all upcoming merch giveaways!

You can look up your own Human Design chart totally free on my website so you can follow along and determine how collective circuitry might be coming through for you.

And as always, please Rate, Review, Follow and Share these episodes with a friend!

**Looking for ideas for your Valentine's Date night this year? Download my new mini-report for you and your partner to add some inspiration to celebrating your love!**

In this episode I give an overview of some key transit dates for the month of February. In February we will be experiencing what is called the Emotional Solar Plexus Process where the Sun will be transiting 6 of the 7 gates found in the ESP center. This process starts with Gate 49 and I go in more depth on this gate and how to support yourself as we move through this potentially emotionally heightened month ahead. Gate 49 is connected to Sean who I interviewed in episode 28 because it is his Unconscious Sun Gate. I offer some of my personal thoughts on this energy as well.

In the Patreon this week I am offering an ebook titled "A Guide to the Emotional Solar Plexus Process." In it you will find information on each gate including the dates, high and low expression and journal/contemplation questions for each period of time.

I have also created a playlist of artists who have Gate 49 prominent in their incarnation cross as an additional support and fun inquiry/experiment for everyone to play with.

As always you can download your free Human Design chart by going to my website http://annawithintention.love and you can also find each episode with a transcript in the blog section, parouse all the instant downloadable reports that are available and even see how we can work together 1:1.

In this episode, I provided a mini-training on the different kinds of Definition we can find in the Chart. I go over the difference between "Defined and Undefined", and the four kinds of Definition we can find - Single, Split, Triple Split and Quadruple Split Definition. I give examples of each in real charts of musicians/songwriters you may know and how each kind of Definition may be inclined to create or enjoy music.

You can access the full video for this episode at the Patreon Page. If you need to look up your own chart to see what kind of definition you have, go to my website annawithintention.love

In this episode I sat down with my husband, Sean Kinney, to talk about his musical background, his songwriting experience and how his natural energetics have guided him on his path. Sean is a 5/1 Self Projected Projector, LAX Defiance and he shares one of his original songs "Colorful Colorado" and we tell the story of our trip to Colorado that inspired the lyrics.

You can see Sean's chart at the Patreon Page and get an exclusive recording of our favorite song "Beautiful Creator."

You can look up your own Human Design chart by going to my website annawithintention.love and there will be a transcript of the episode available in the Music By Design blog posts.

Upcoming shows where you can catch us playing in our folk duo project "Virgil's Lantern":

2/22/25 @ The Jugg - Benefit concert for Mike Richards

6/7/25 @ The G-Lodge for the Family Hoedown

6/22/25 @ Lunkenheimer Brewery from 1-3pm

In this solo episode, I lay down all the data I have collected in Season 1 of this fun research project where we listened to stories and analyzed charts of both lovers and creators of music to find out why we love the artists that we do.

To see pie charts, raw data and get a mini training on harmonics in profiles, join the Music By Design Patreon for just $2 per month. There is also an exclusive 20% off coupon to get a Music By Design Reading for all Patreon supporters.
