This comes naturally when we understand ourselves and how our minds work. This needs to be part of education.

This is a podcast of a talk I gave on 21.4.18 at the North East Teachers Conference, organised by Total Teaching. There were abut a 100 teachers present. I spoke about the aspirations of children to be happy, healthy, successful and live with a sense of peace, and how education was only helping them get a good job. I explore how an understanding of ourselves and how our minds work, may help meet the other needs kids have. I end with some practical examples, exploring conditioning and happiness.
