    • With 20 years service in the RAF and 14 years Running Critical Team Performance, Phil has been involved with introducing the WHO Safer Surgical Checklist into the NHS. Phil was commissioned by the IOGP to help write the CRM Guidelines for the O&G industry and also worked with High Threat Bomb Disposal and Search Teams.
