As February comes to a close and we welcome in March, it is important to hold love close. Love for ourselves and others is what gives us the permission to aspire to be more. When we relinquish fear and we step into balance, we allow the path to be more giving. Join me in this episode as I share with you how you can be a better you. We each can shine brighter through understanding the importance of balance and of unconditional love in times of transition. These tools are what will help us as a human race shine brihgter.
Thank you for your time
May Love and Light stay with you always
It isn't always easy to be the change in the world you wish to see. It isn't always easy to go about learning what you need to change to be a better you. It's not always easy to trust the process and dealing with loss in many forms. But against every odd and every test of faith, you can succeed. We each are able to choose the gift of enlightenment and becoming our best selves; choose this gift every time.
Do not get carried away with the length of this one, I assure you that it is good stuff! HA!
In this episode, I take you through the importance of asking the question: Does life matter? as the first inquisition into self-exploration. Does it matter if it does/doesnt mattter? as the question that takes a deeper dive into discovering the purpose in one's existence. Then coming to the clarity moment in a human being's life "It does not matter if life does or does not matter. What matters is that I choose for it to have importance."
Although these may seem like simple questions, to some they are the hardest to answer. At the very core of most humans, we want to feel like what we do matters, who we surround ourselves with matters, the all-encompassed meaning of life matters. To the heart and mind that yearns for more understanding in the beauty that is them and the clarity that one can obtain in life, I encourage you to go on this journey with me.

As humans: we tend to overcomplicate simple things, we step in our own way, and we try to understand things that can never really be understood. The concept of being human is not one I think any one of us or any teacher/philosopher still understands the point of. However, what does make this life a gift is our ability to remain consistent in our virtues and our path. In this episode, I go over why all of this is important and how to truly value yourself in the process. I send each and every single one of you my immense love and gratitude.

On this memorial day, My heart goes out to those who have fought for the things they believe in to the point where they sacrifice their lives for it. My heart goes out to those who know pain and still fight for love. In this episode, I speak about how courage is the best thing we can gift to ourselves and others. If you have dealt with any kind of pain and you get up every day, I thank you for your courage.
In this special episode, Nemo rejoins me to discuss relationships. We go over different types and the attachments that are formed during them. We talk about how it is healthy to feel the pain in some of them that do not work out, but it is not beneficial to suffer. I hope that this one leaves an impression. Much Love.
Happy Easter, to everyone in the world. I hope this podcast finds you well and I hope it leaves you in a state of peace and harmony. Easter is my favorite holiday. I love what it symbolizes and the hope it brings. Easter is about remembering that when it doesn't seem like there is any light, poof, you are reminded that it never really left you. It is such a beautiful notion to be remembered of, so remember that you are love and light.
Happy Easter :)
As February comes to a close, we give thanks and send it on its way. As we welcome in March, we embrace change and gratitude. We let go of the things that we need not hang on to and make way for growth. Being all that we can be is learning to listen to ourselves and give ourselves love. Being our best selves is being thankful for the lessons we are taught and embracing each new chapter of life. Join me in the next podcast on getting better, not remaining bitter and how we as humans can make the world a better place.
