If you are emotionally stuck, she recommends checking your body first by checking your nutrients. A lack of essential nutrients, such as Omega 3, can reduce your mood and overall vitality. The other things to check is your exercise and sleep. After the body is in tip-top shape, then gauge your emotional levels, find the root cause, and use various techniques to release them, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Her secret to being happy is starting the day with coffee, meditate, and visualize what she wants to be. She loves having fun and laughing at herself. It's important to appreciate all emotions as long as they are in motion -- it's how you handle them that matters.
