For someone that is thinking if they should come out or not, she suggested that it is a personal choice and that you should test the water to see if you are in a safe environment. If it is safe, then it's up to you. Once you do come out, it's important to have a strong support structure from your family and friends. Some won't be supportive, and that's ok.

For companies to promote LGBTQ+, it can be as easy as having a meeting to let everyone know how the company feels about the subject and its policy on tolerance. But the more that can be done, the better, such as doing inclusive training.

She met her wife after being introduced by her friend and it was love at first site after an amorous French greeting.

Many years ago, he was a busy executive that ended up with a heart attack due to burnout. From there, he figured out and learned as much as he could about it, and now he has become an expert in the topic. Here are a few signs of burnout to watch out for:
1) Not sleeping well
2) Lack of motivation for things that you used to enjoy
3) Forgetfulness
