Pallabi is an aspiring expert generalist, someone that is an expert in many fields.

She started out from psychology, and then moved onto various disciplines as her interests grew, such as dentistry, health tech, and now podcasting. There is no need to be locked into a single role, but just do what you love and you will be successful and can become an expert.

As a child, the biggest challenge for her was being different as she likes to think out of the box and that didn't vibe with others. Over time, she has come to realize that's a good thing. And it is as it provides different perspectives to the same problems and potentially better solutions too. Embrace diversity!

Her dream is to contribute to society in meaningful ways. To make that happen, she starts her day at 4am.

Kelliyah is an amazing 16 year old singer that is rising in stardom despite having to deal with ovarian cancer 2 years ago. There are two words that would describe her perfectly: music & positivity.

Her biggest challenge happened when she found out she had ovarian cancer at age 14. Thankfully, she survived with the abundance of support from her family, her medical team, and her love of music. Currently, her mom is going through kidney failure and on dialysis. Kelliyah wishes you to stay positive and want you to know that she loves you very much!

With automation and globalization, the agricultural field is going through many transformations and it's for the good of humanity. When he was a child living in his family's farm, he remembered playing with turkeys with his brother, eating freshly baked bread from his mom, and swimming in the lake. Those were some of the best moments of his life and his face glows as he told the story.

There were some challenges too, such as the sacrifice of not being able to spend time with his family while away on business needs.

With the COVID-19 situation, most people are working remotely, and that has many challenges. Mandeep Kaur, owner of Beyond Outsourcing Inc, shares her tips on how to stay productive.

We kicked it off by talking about communication as that's the biggest challenge with the new setting. It's much harder to just chat with someone whenever you want. She suggests starting the conversation using online chat tools, like Slack, and schedule a meeting as needed. Don't be afraid of reaching out if you need help and make things casual and fun whenever possible.

For team building, it's good to have virtual events like lunch gatherings or happy hours. Just get something to eat or drink from your home or have them delivered and chat with your colleagues and really get to know each other. Fun games like "Rose, Thorn, Bud" are great conversation starters.

There were some struggles when he moved from India to Sydney to start his business, but that's what made him stronger. His mindset is there is no failure in life, but just success or learning. As long as you keep going, success is always at the other end.

This is backed by many major business process researchers, such as Harvard Business Review. And even government agencies has started looking into it.

While he was fairly well-off growing up, he did have several challenges that had humbled him and made him stronger personally and professionally. One example was when he had to sleep in a tool shed. Another is when he had to make a hard decision to turn down an investment banking offer to continue his graduate studies while everyone believed he was making a mistake. Life will always throw problems at you, it's important to see them as opportunities for growth.

Pix has gone through a lot in her life and that is what makes her the best in her job as a mindset and resilience coach. She even has an international best-selling book on that subject.

To develop resilience, a few things that she recommends are doing daily meditation (can be as simple as taking 3 deep breaths), exercise, reading, enjoy life, and celebrate the small wins.

When she was little, she was sexually abused. It was tough, but she has learned to forgive, move on, and become so much stronger as a result. If you are going through it right now, please do seek help from others. Remember that you are not at faults and don't deserve to be abused. It takes time to let go, but you will get through it.

He lost his dad when he was 13, and that was his biggest challenge. For anyone going through the same thing, his advice is it is tough but keep going, learn what you can, and you will come out stronger.

His biggest accomplishment is being a good dad for his 2 sons as he believes in family first and everything else is non-essential.

His biggest challenge was when COVID-19 happened, which made things very difficult for his business, but he kept on going and eventually everything worked out. Grit is the only difference between success and failure.

As a child, she was bullied for being over-weight, and that was a very dramatic event for her. She learned to stand up for herself as guided by her teacher and got through it. Over time, she discovered there were other issues where people needed help, and therefore her passion for helping others was born.

Her biggest challenge was pushing herself too hard to the point of exhaustion, which affected her health. Now, she has learned to live a more balanced life by seeing things more objectively and being more mindful.
