Deborah has over two decades of board level leadership, chairing audit committees for many notable organisations. 

In 2016 she founded Lean In UK Network - growing from six women to over 8,000.

She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and became the first black person to chair the London association in its 152 year history.
