Leela and Kiran are without Cami this week cuz Cami and Austin are in Gent Belgium! Life is not going to be magically less triggery and messy one day when you get it all together; easy to have spiritual stories that say otherwise. However, life’s always all the colours, all the things, and its not going to be just one blissed out haze, ever!

The post How To Remain Sane When Everything Is Crazy – Episode 49 appeared first on Kiran Trace.
Embarking on a journey towards authenticity takes a ton of courage, we cannot say that enough! Why? Because we will inevitably bump into our in-authentic patterns, our old ways of being in the world so to speak. Cam and Leela share in this week’s episode, what they discovered to be supportive when you’re just so up against it. An episode about #selfcare hacks, if you will.

The post Answers About Introverts And Extroverts And Other Questions – Episode 46 appeared first on Kiran Trace.
In this week’s episode Kiran, Cami and Leela discuss an aspect of our own resistance patterns that feel like positive thinking. But this sneaky bit of ‘positive vibes’ is actually coming from our own egoic mind. Kiran calls it LALA, and in this weeks episode the gals chat about the way it can sneak into interactions and then things get rather glitchy or wild and disruptive. Its hard to see this little egoic trap because it feels so uplifted and positive. Its very tricky to catch. And it’s particularly pervasive when we are talking about money, as we did in our last episode. So, have a listen and see if you can identify this pattern in your life?

The post How To Elegantly Say No And Other Communication Tips – Episode 43 appeared first on Kiran Trace.
This week Leela Sutter, Camila Carlow, and Kiran Trace get into your questions. But can we have a fact check on Kiran this week? Is it Vanessa or Venus Williams that is the great dwarf tennis star, Kiran? And is it Rodger Federer who has that 140, well 135, MPH tennis serve? And is finding a Formula 1 driver “heinous” a separate point of view? Well, yes, unless it’s lightly held with an open inquiry and a willingness to surrender to it. Ironically, any opinion lightly held can bring out the truth more than avoiding all opinion. How funny is that?

The post Secret Skills To Hold Your Own Boundaries In Group Settings – Episode 41 appeared first on Kiran Trace.
This week Leela and Kiran have a deep conversation about western medicine and its relationship to alternative mental well-being supports. Leela and Kiran talk about how short term solutions are very supportive no matter what field of medicine they come from, and how long term solutions are generally more about authenticity, coming home to your own body and making delicious choices. Leela talks about her personal journey of recovery when a trauma exploded her life and she found herself visiting a psyche ward as part of looking for solutions. And they both extoll the virtues of a good whiskey and cigs in times of crisis.
