A brief explanation behind that message and what it means to me after reading a quote that stirred my thoughts. I'll be sharing more episodes like these in a short audio style diary or whatever it's called to see if this can be helpful for others as I believe it will be helpful for myself. (now to write all this shit for my personal sake which is difficult since I'm not too much of a fan of writing.)
