My dawg!!! JA and I have been friends for a while now. The Director of operations with Orange Theory Fitness but more importantly someone I share music with all the time. We get into it all! Honored to call him a friend and thankful for the time spent!

We became friends flying choppers together. Dana is a film maker and has a crazy path into the film industry. From surf movies, to Captain Marvel, he’s done a lot. Total LORD, lucky to call him a friend.

Today on this episode of the podcast we have the founder of Good hYOUman, an Los Angeles based clothing brand, Brett Novek. Brett has been a good friend for a while now, and although we don't connect much because of schedules, when we do get to chat, it's all time. From building brands, our love of tennis, to our family first approach, it was an honor to spend sometime with this Good Human.
