One of my favourite sayings...

Good thoughts, good words and good deeds.

It's such a simple teaching, such a simple statement that you can live by. 

Thoughts always come to mind first before you do any sort of action. Obviously the good words, be kind to other people, express gratitude and also reward people for hard work and effort. And then finally is the actions that you take, the things that you do day to day, the standard you hold for yourself. 

Another one of my favourite sayings is the standard you walk past is the standard you're willing to accept...

Often when it comes to losing weight straight away, the go to method is to have to get onto an app or write a journal or do weighing and measuring. That requires you to know exactly the amount of food that you're eating. This list is designed for someone that is struggled with dieting in the past. They have tried tracking, put weight back on, tried restrictive diets, put weight back on. And so these methods, they may seem very basic, but they're foundational, right. It's building you a really good base.

Anna is an excellent example of what it means to be a high quality Coach. Anna really understands how to meet people where they are at and how to build a stronger base for success. Last week I had 2 incredible consults with clients. They really brought the energy and we came up with some really cool analogies to take back control and get back on track. Losing control of your health and pursuit of your goals can be contributed to many things. Even after all the time, effort and money doing meal prep, you still don't feel like eating the meals you prepared. Humans love to have their senses activated and it's actually what draws us towards certain foods. If your meals are looking bland, aren't well presented (and lack flavour) you're less likely to eat them. Especially if there is a better offer at the tip of you fingers.
